Welcome to Belle of Blooms! By accessing our website, booking our services, or just browsing through our floral wonderland, you agree to the following terms. We know the legal stuff isn’t as fun as fresh peonies, but it’s important — so let’s get into it.

Belle of Blooms is a boutique floral design studio specializing in event florals with personality — weddings, parties, brand moments, and anything else worth celebrating.

You agree not to:

• Use our site for anything shady (malware, spam, or general mischief)
   
• Copy, steal, or repost our content, photos, or designs without written permission
   
• Interfere with our website’s security or functionality
   

Our photos, branding, and written content are original and protected. If you love them — thank you! If you want to share them — ask us first.

When you book Belle of Blooms, here’s the short-and-sweet version of what happens:

• You’ll receive a floral proposal and quote after a consultation
   
• A signed contract + deposit is required to secure your event date
   
• Final payment is typically due 30 days before your event
   
• Cancellations, rescheduling, and changes are outlined in your service agreement
   

Each floral project is custom — which means pricing, availability, and policies may vary based on scope, seasonality, and sparkle.

Because our work is personalized and perishable (flowers don’t wait!), refunds are limited. Full details are included in your contract, but generally:

• Deposits are non-refundable
   
• Cancellations made 60 days prior to the event may incur partial charges
   
• We work with you to adapt in case of emergencies — we’re humans too 💕
   

We do our absolute best to arrive on time, deliver everything flawlessly, and make your event bloom to perfection. That said:

• We are not liable for venue delays, extreme weather, or acts of chaos (looking at you, wind gusts)
   
• Client or venue access must be arranged in advance
   
• Photos are for inspiration, but flower varieties are seasonal — we reserve the right to make beautiful, creative substitutions as needed
   

We are not liable for:

• Allergic reactions to flowers (please notify us in advance of any known sensitivities)
   
• Damage caused by guests, vendors, or flaming candles placed too close to petals
   
• Anything outside our floral control — but we will show up prepared and with extra zip ties, promise
   

All content, photos, and branding on this site belong to Belle of Blooms unless otherwise credited. Don't repost or reuse without permission — and definitely don’t pretend it’s yours. That’s just rude.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the new version right here with a fresh date. Continued use = agreement to the latest version.
